Packaging: All of our packaging is made from recycled and biodegradable materials. All paper products are FSC-certified.

We offer complimentary shipping and returns on all domestic orders. In-stock items will ship within two business days. Made to order items will ship within 2-3 weeks. Custom items are evaluated individually and the project timeline can vary significantly depending on the complexity of the piece an required design work. All Aether jewelry comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product is deemed faulty due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the issue is not a manufacturing defect, we will provide a quote for the necessary repair to get your piece back to its best self. All orders are considered ‘final sale’ and are not eligible for return unless they are deemed defective. Proof of purchase is required when submitting any warranty claims.
